大問3 長文の内容一致選択問題
「大問3 長文の内容一致選択問題」について学習します。
問題を解いたら、次ページの解答・解説を読み、きちんと理解するようにしましょう。
大問3は、[A]、[B]、[C]の3種類の長文が出題されます。[A]は「掲示」、[B]は「手紙文・Eメール」、[C]は「説明文」です。この講座では[B]に取り組みましょう。
大問3[B]は、250語程度の英文を読んで、その内容に関する質問に答える問題です。問題は3つあり、答えは4つの選択肢の中から最も適切なものを選びます。質問文の続きを完成させるものを選ぶ形式が含まれることもあります。

学習アドバイス
英文の内容を正しく理解するためには、文法と語彙の力が必要です。英検3級の英文を読んで、意味の分からない文や単語が多い場合には、中学校レベルの文法や単語を学習しましょう。単語の意味がすべて分からなくても、単語の意味を推測しながら文章全体の意味がある程度分かれば合格圏内です。分からない単語は紙や単語カードなどに書き出して覚えましょう。
また、どこにどのような情報があるのかを探す練習として、文章の中の「時」と「場所」を表す語句を素早く見つける練習をしてみましょう。
★「時」を表す語句の例： three years ago / these days / for three years
★「場所」を表す語句の例： around a big lake / on the train / at school
